Honor Flight Send Off
To support the Children of the American Revolution Washington State President’s Project, we visited the send off for the final Honor Flight of the year.
The Spokane CAR and a Son of the American Revolution!
Honor Flight is a great program, allowing veterans the opportunity to go to Washington DC to visit the memorials that have been built in their honor.
Please consider a donation to this very worthy cause!

Surprise Bread
Today I baked another batch of our favorite pumpkin bread, but we also had bananas that we had to use. I saw a picture somewhere of a surprise loaf of pound cake, so I made it out of banana and pumpkin breads.

Vietnam Traveling Memorial
Today, we got to attend the Traveling Wall Vietnam Memorial. The May Hutton Chapter of the DAR read the names of the local soldiers who’s names were on the wall. It was a very moving experience

9th Lost Tooth!
Selena has gotten quite brave, she used to leave a tooth in till it was hanging on by a thread. Today she was concerned that she would lose her wiggly tooth, and pulled it out by herself in the car!
Chris came to visit his girlfriend, the tooth fairy!
