Small Business Saturday Fun

The girls and I went to our favorite All Things Irish store for Small Business Saturday, followed by a yummy dinner at a delicious Italian restaurant.  When we got home we enjoyed some snuggle time watching Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.

Chris was hanging out in the Hanukkah decorations.

For Veterans Day we went to a local bookstore and enjoyed a presentation by the Lilac City Pearl Harbor Survivors.  It was very interesting and we learned so much.

Fall Folk Festival

The girls got to dance at the Fall Folk Festival.  They had a great time!

Beautiful Girls!

They are so tiny!

They changed dance affiliations this year, so even though this is the third year dancing, they had to learn all new dances.  They are enjoying the lessons and are doing great!

Disney’s Rockin Ever After

Each year, we take a girls trip to see Disney on Ice.  This is a tradition that I have had with my mom and grandma for over 15 years.  I feel so blessed that I have girls of my own to share this tradition with.

We went out for dinner then enjoyed the skating fun.

Four generations!

My princesses dressed as their favorite princesses!

Shrek the Musical!

The local Christian Youth Theater put on a presentation of Shrek the Musical!  We went with the local homeschool group and it was a lot of fun.
It was the first big snow day of the year, so before and after the play, we played in the snow.  Selena and I built the seasons first snowman

CAR November Meeting

We hosted the November meeting for the Spokane Children of the American Revolution.

For our craft we made leaf sun catchers.

I read “America’s White Table” to the kids.  This story shares a piece of history that most people are unaware of.  Everyone should learn the history of the “White Table” and set one of their own.

The kids all decorated cards for Veterans Day.
