Wild Cat Adoption Project

The Girl Scouts are out in force, selling cookies, school kids are selling popcorn and wrapping paper, and all kinds of various items.  I think that the skills these other kids are learning are important, but what can we do as homeschoolers?

Journey to the Cross

We enjoyed the Journey to Bethlehem Christmas event so much, that when we saw that there was also a Journey to the Cross event, we knew we had to go.  

Journey to the Cross was put on by the Spokane Valley Adventist Church.  There were 11 scenes to walk through and experience things they way there were in the time of Jesus.

We got to witness the Last Supper and the betrayal of Jesus by Judas.
