We had a couple zucchini left over from the garden, so we decided to make some zucchini bread. Note to self... Always check to make sure you have all the ingredients BEFORE beginning to bake! I thought that one of the white bags in the pantry was flour, but they were both sugar... so we ended up using whole wheat flour.
The bread turned out fine, although it was a little dry. I'm not going to worry too much about it though, because the girls have been eating it up! Two loaves already gone, and we will definitely make more. In fact, I caught Abby feeding some to the bunnies, which is really cute, since she knows they like zucchini, but also not good!
