5th Day of Kindergarten

We had a very busy day today.  We started the day off with our dahlia observations and some phonics/sight word coloring. 

 

"It is really blue!"

The girls got to have some free play time, and had some Bendaroo fun. 

We took a fun little trip to the Learning Is Fun store and did some looking to see what they had for fun.  We got some nutrition cutouts and a skeleton model (the girls have been asking a lot about bodies and bones).  After a quick trip to Costco, Selena and I went to Barnes and Noble to look at some books and resources.  After dinner we went swimming and spent over an hour in the pool.  It was an easy school day, but we had fun and were still able to do our schoolwork that we planned on.

We sent THREE postcrossing postcards today,  Ukraine, Belarus, and Taiwan.
